We offer Standard (estimated 3-5 business days), Express (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day for orders placed before 4PM EST) shipping on our Superfan Suits to domestic (United States) customers. Custom Split Suits may take 4-6 weeks.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. It is not necessary to create a PayPal account in order to pay through PayPal because you can simply check out as a guest.

No. We deliver our suits without any type of advertisment or brand name printed on them. Beware of other companies that may do this.

Very small! The full body suits fit tight to the skin. Take a quick minute to check our fitting chart to help choose your size. If you're in between sizes, we recommend going up to the next size for an enjoyable fit. We repeat! Order a size larger than you normally would. These puppies are tight!

Yes! Visit our custom fitting area to share your measurements (and special requests like zippers) and we'll specially cut the suit to meet your needs. 4-6 weeks may be required for custom fitted suits.

Yes, but not with 100% visibility. Darker colored suits are easier to see out of than lighter colored ones. Either way, don't do anything that would put you or someone else in danger. Definitely do not drive or run through the streets at night. Be safe!

Yes, it works best when drinking out of bottles or cans!

No. Breathing becomes very difficult when the face portion of the suit becomes wet.

Some customers might use older emails with their PayPal account. Try double checking which email is on record there and you should have an order confirmation.

If it's a single colored suit, we suggest washing in cold water with similar colors and then laying flat to dry. Try to stay away from hanging or putting it in the dryer. If you are washing a split suit, metallic suit or spandex costume, please just wash off any dirty areas with a wash cloth or sponge so that the colors don't bleed.

Exchanges within 7 days of delivery confirmation are allowed as long as the suit hasn't been worn out (trying it on is fine) or damaged. However, because this is a costume and often worn for single events, we cannot allow returns.
