• Where do you guys ship from?
  • Super Fan Suits are shipped from our facilities in Chicago, Illinois US.

• How long will it take to deliver?
  • We offer Standard (3-4 business days), Express (1-2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day) shipping on our single colored Superfan Suits to domestic (United States) costumers. Split Suits (two colored) may take 3-4 weeks, but not always. Email us first if you need a Split Suit in a hurry.

• Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, all the time! Shipping options on international orders are International Economy (6-10 business days) and International Express Air (1-3 business days) on our single colored suits. Split Suits (two colored) may take 3-4 weeks. Email us first if you need a Split Suit in a hurry.

• What forms of payment do you accept?
  • All payments are processed securely through PayPal. PayPal accepts direct debits from bank accounts and all major credit cards. It is not necessary to create a PayPal account in order to pay through PayPal because you can check out as a guest.

• Is it possible that I didn't get a confirmation of order e-mail?
  • Probably not. Some customers might use older emails with their PayPal account. Try double checking which email is on record there and you should have an order confirmation.

• Do you offer bulk order discounts?
  • Yes. We reward bulk orders with some nice price breaks. Shoot us an e-mail to find out more.

• Should I go too small or too big?
  • The full body suits fit tight to the skin. Take a quick minute to check our Super Fan Suit fitting chart to help choose your size. If you're in between sizes, we recommend going up to the next level for an enjoyable fit. We repeat! Order a size higher than you normally would. These puppies are tight!

• How do I get in the suit?
  • Most folks enter the suit through the back. However, the zipper, which goes from the head down to the lower back, can be worn in the back or front of the suit.

• Can I see through the mask?
  • Yes, but not with 100% visibility. Don't do anything that would put you or someone else in harm. Definitely do not swim, drive or run through the streets at night. Be safe!

• How do I wash my Super Fan Suit?
  • We suggest washing in cold and then laying flat to dry. Try to stay away from hanging or putting it in the dryer.

• Can you specially design a suit for my body type if I do not match sizing shown?
  • Yes. Contact us with your dimensions and we'll specially design the suit to meet your needs.

• Can I return the item?
  • Because this is a costume and often worn for single events, we cannot do this.

• Will my team win if I am wearing a Super Fan Suit?
  • We cannot promise victory, but you'll probably end up on ESPN or the JumboTron. At the very least, you'll bring a smile to hundreds of people.
